In October 2021 Arundel Town Council declared a Climate Emergency.

In our endeavour to address issues of climate change and to better protect the natural world, we hope to continue to work together across the town,  to generate discussion, awareness and action. To this end we are launching a competition – “Reversing the Causes of Climate Change” – for individuals and for groups, which we hope will create a buzz of creativity.

We are therefore hosting a “Climate Change Workshop” at Arundel Town Hall on Monday 7 November at 6.30pm. We have asked a range of visiting speakers with different expertise and experience, who we hope will focus our own discussion on how we might apply their ideas in our area.

We seek to make a positive difference to our planet and we can only do this together. At this workshop we hope to capture the good work that is already happening, and consider new possibilities and links across the town.

We hope to see you on 7 November. To reserve your place please RSVP to townevents@arundeltowncouncil.gov.uk by Monday 31 October.
