This decorative scroll, designed by Sussex calligrapher Tina Warren, was presented to His Grace The Duke of Norfolk by the Mayor of Arundel, Tony Hunt, on Friday 1 December 2023.
Before the scroll was presented, the historic seal of the Town Council was embossed on the scroll by the Town Clerk, Carolyn Baynes, witnessed by the Deputy Mayor, Angela Standing. The scroll was then signed by the Mayor and Town Clerk.
