We are pleased to announce that Arundel Town Council has submitted to Arun District Council Local Planning Authority Area (LPAA) and the South Downs National Park Planning Authority their Plan Proposal under Part 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
As required by the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 Part 5, Reg.16 “Publicising a plan proposal”; please see below part (a) of the publication being undertaken.
Part (b) comprises of notifying any consultation body (mainly other stakeholders) which is referred to in the consultation statement submitted in accordance with Regulation 15 and will be sent electronically to the relevant bodies.
Further to Arundel Town Council’s submission, please find attached an A4 poster which will be be displayed on our parish notice boards/prominent places in the parish and a comment sheet should you to make comments using paper format.
Hard copies of the poster and form will also be available from Arundel Town Hall.
There will be a notice in the West Sussex gazette on Wednesday 17th July 2019.
