UPDATE: A link to an official online book of condolence is available via http://www.royal.uk. A selection of the messages will be passed onto members of the Royal Family, and may be held in the Royal Archives for posterity.  This is due to close at 5pm on the day of the funeral.

Statement from the Mayor
“It was with great sadness that Arundel Town Council has learned of the death of His Royal Highness The Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh. On behalf of the Council and its officers, and all of the residents of Arundel, I, Tony Hunt, Mayor of Arundel, offer sincere condolences to Her Majesty The Queen and to all members of the Royal Family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this sad time”.
