A Decision has been made on the Arundel Neighbourhood Plan Review and the Decision Statement, was published on the ADC website as of the 10th October 2019.
Following an Independent Examination, Arun District Council and South Downs National Park confirms formal acceptance of the recommendations outlined in the Arundel Neighbourhood Plan Review Examination Report. The Examiner recommended that the Neighbourhood Plan should proceed to Referendum following modification. This report confirms that the recommendations proposed by the Examiner’s report have been accepted by Arundel Town Council, Arun District Council and South Downs National Park and the modified Arundel Neighbourhood Plan Review may proceed to referendum. Hard copies of the Decision Statement and the Examiner’s Report are available for inspection at:
- Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, BN17 5LF between the hours of 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday; and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Friday
- Arundel Town Hall, Maltravers Street, Arundel, BN18 9AP between the hours of 9.00am and 1.00pm Monday to Friday
