Arundel Gate is a new development of residential properties that has begun construction. As part of the development the Norfolk Estate has provided a parcel of land (approximately 2500sqm) for the Community.
his land is being transferred to Arundel Town Council for the purposes of providing a community facility.
The Town Council has been asked to determine an appropriate use for this specific site and therefore, has embarked upon as wide a Consultation as possible with the Residents and Businesses of Arundel.
We have commenced this process by conducting a number of imagineering workshops with the Town’s Primary Schools (ACE and St. Philip’s). The children were tasked with producing their ideas in any format or medium they wished (words and images primarily) to express their imagination
These have now been collected and the aim is to present these outputs in the form of a Town Consultation Exhibition.

This Town Consultation Exhibition would coincide with inviting all the Residents and Businesses of Arundel to put forward their own suggestions at a public event which will be held at the Town Hall (Holmes Chamber) on Tuesday 21st November 2023 (3:30pm – 8:30pm).
