V.E. Day Quayside Bench

We understand the removal of the VE Day bench has stirred up some strong feelings. We were made aware of some concerns about children easily accessing the river wall from the bench and have therefore collaborated with Arun District Council on addressing this. It might seem a little over cautious, but we believe it’s better to be safe than sorry. Please be assured that our cherished bench will be returning very soon.
