This year’s traditional Mayor’s Service and Procession started at the Town Hall with a visit from photographer Andy Yarwood. This was to include a formal photo of the Council in their Victorian robes for his film photography project at Arundel.Photography – we will look forward to seeing those in an exhibition he has planned for next year.

The photography you see here is the work of the talented Nigel Cull, capturing the essence of this annual civic event involving the Council, bands of Arundel & Littlehampton District Scouts and TS Implacable NTC, clergy and choirs from St Nicholas Arundel, Arundel Cathedral Choir and Arundel Baptist Church, 1st Arundel Scout Group, Arundel Guiding and pupils from Arundel Church of England School and St Philip’s Catholic Primary School.
Afterwards, refreshments for all were held in the church by kind permission of Canon David Twinley.
A collection was taken for the Mayor’s charity for 2026-2027 – My Sisters’ House CIO – raising £333.12 to help with the vital services they provide for women across the local area.
