In light of the recent very serious and concerning news about the Coronavirus we are delighted to be able to share some more positive news with our residents today.
Councillor Robin Lovell and Arundel Town Council’s Macebearer Iain Stirling both took part in the NSPCC’s Abseil down Arundel Castle at the weekend to raise money for the NSPCC.
The latest count records £45,000.00 raised which is a record for a single event by the NSPCC.
It was also fantastic to have the support of our Mayor Cllr Angela Standing handing out medals and at the same time entertaining all the chidren of the many supporters in the cold and blustery conditions.
Well done to everyone that took part and made this such a fantastic event!
