Dear Stella,
At long last we have found time to put pen to paper to send you our heartfelt thanks for everything you did to make our wedding day on 5th June so special. The moment we met you we knew we would be in safe hands and it was obvious from talking to you and from reading others feedback just how much you personally care about each and every wedding and every couple and at every stage we saw and appreciated how you went the extra mile. You wre so accommodating and clear so we knew what was possible to achieve at all time and where possible you made those extra touches possible. On the day itself you were a rock and i personally felt very reassured to see your smiling face as i arrived in my nervous state (I’m sorry for squeezing your hand so hard!!!). For Hansjorg too, your warm encourgement got him through those tense minutes in the run-up to 3pm! We would like you to have this photograph, which sums up your ’always there’ nature.
You are a very special person doing an outstanding job and on behalf of all our guests we want to thank you and send you our best wishes for the future.

Hi Stella!
Just a quick mail, which is very long overdue as we’ve been on honeymoon/opening pressies for the past two weeks(!!), to say a big "thank you" to you and your team for making our wedding ceremony so special. The whole afternoon went without a hitch thanks to your exemplary organisational skills, and was extremely enjoyable. Everyone loved the venue, which although very grand, allowed us to have a relaxed gathering with our friends and family. As soon as we have some picutures, i’ll email some through. We are just back from honeymoon and I wanted to write and say a huge thank you for making our wedding day so special. We loved the sign in the foyer (lots of photos were taken!) and you made us and our guests feel so relaxed on the day. We had a lovely time and after having a few drinks in the Red Lion, we managed to make it back to Burpham for our wedding breakfast which was fantastic!
