I am writing to advise that A-one+ on behalf of Highways England will be carrying out pre works surveys and trial holes and works to replace the failed bridge expansion joints to Fitzalan Bridge, Arundel

Traffic Management

We will be carrying out surveys and trial holes works to support the replacement joint works. Works will be carried out overnight of Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 November 2018 between 8pm and 6am, and will be carried out utilising lane closures, managed by traffic lights.
Dependent on the survey results the joint replacement works work will be undertaken using full overnight carriageway closures. Work is due to start on Monday 10 December 2018 until Friday 21 December 2018. All works are weather dependant.

Every effort will be made to ensure disruption to nearby residents is kept to a minimum, with the installation of noise barriers around the works area, and we will endeavour to carry out noisier works before 11pm.
